Founder & President
Genga Ramamoorthy is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience building high-performing global IT organizations.
With a legacy rooted in entrepreneurship, innovation, and client-centricity she founded Collasys to serve the IT requirements of the government, state and federal projects providing community impact.
She is also the co-founder of Technosoft Corporation—now known as Apexon—Under her leadership, she established a reputation for excellence in talent delivery, agile transformation, and innovative technology services. Genga’s deep understanding of client needs, combined with her strategic insight and operational rigor, helped position the company as a trusted partner in digital transformation initiatives.

Director Finance
Meenakshi Balasubramanian brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership across global IT and engineering organizations. As the Director of Finance, Meenakshi oversees the company’s financial strategy, compliance, reporting, and legal operations. Her focus on fiscal discipline, operational efficiency, and risk management supports the company’s long-term growth and client service excellence.
Prior to joining Collasys, Meenakshi held key financial leadership roles at Magna International, MAHLE, CareTech Solutions, and HTC Global Services. She has deep expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), controllership, US GAAP compliance, and international finance operations.
